Saint Wine is excited to announce a new partnership with Cru Wines, bringing together two highly regarded Australian fine wine businesses united by a shared commitment to quality, hospitality and producer representation.
Effective 1 July 2026, Cru Wines will join the Angel Share Beverage Solutions group while continuing to operate under its established brand identity. Both Saint Wine and Cru Wines will maintain their distinct portfolios, customer relationships and market positioning, while benefiting from shared operational resources and national infrastructure.
The partnership brings together two complementary portfolios and a collective ambition to connect Australia's leading venues and retailers with some of the world's most exciting wine producers.
"We have loved and respected the Cru Wines portfolio and team for many years," said Adam Partington, CEO of Saint Wine.
"We feel our businesses complement each other exceptionally well, are aligned in our love of wine, and share the common goal of continually connecting trade and consumers with the best wines from around the world.

"While we are proud of everything Saint Wine has achieved to date, adding the Cru Wines portfolio to our offering strengthens our route to market and allows us to continue building an exceptional portfolio for venues and retailers that are as passionate about wine as we are.
"With strong synergies and complementary portfolios, partnering together was simply too good an opportunity to pass up. We are incredibly excited about what we can achieve together."
Cru Wines Founder Peter Hasko said the partnership represented a positive outcome for all stakeholders.
"In the current challenging business environment, Cru Wines and Saint Wine are bringing a positive development to our customers and suppliers," Hasko said.
"Both companies' approach to the market is to offer high quality wines and service, and through the integration of our operations – while keeping the individual identities of our businesses – we will offer our customers broader choice, and our suppliers will benefit from wider exposure for their wines in Australia.
"By improving efficiencies in logistics and operations we are also strengthening the company's foundations. I'm looking forward to working with Adam and the Saint Wine team to grow our combined company.”
There will be no staffing changes as a result of the transaction. Cru Wines General Manager Toby Parker will continue in his leadership role, while Peter Hasko will join the Angel Share Beverage Solutions board from 1 July.
The partnership also strengthens Saint Wine's presence in Victoria through Melbourne-based Business Development Manager Alex Hudak and further enhances the group's national reach and customer support capabilities.
Together, the combined expertise of Peter Hasko, Toby Parker and the Cru Wines team, alongside Adam Partington and Saint Wine's senior leadership team, positions both businesses strongly for future growth while preserving the unique identities that have made each successful.
Saint Wine and Cru Wines customers will continue to enjoy access to their respective portfolios, supported by a strengthened national infrastructure and shared commitment to service, education and long-term producer partnerships.
