By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Saint Wine is an independent Australian wine business. All products available in our portfolio are supplied by Saint Wine Pty Ltd (ABN 52 555 985) unless otherwise noted.

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Saint Wine.
By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient of your order are at least 18 years of age.
Saint Wine supports the responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe it breaches liquor licensing laws.

3. Using Our Website

This website is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our permission.
Interfere with the website or attempt to bypass security measures.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Saint Wine.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).
Payment must be made in accordance with our Standard Terms (30 days from invoice), or terms that have been agreed upon with Saint Wine.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of error, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory restrictions.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Australia, subject to any restrictions under local liquor licensing laws.
Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur beyond our control.
Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery and may be required to show valid ID.
Risk and title pass to you once your order has been delivered.
A $15 freight charge applies on single case orders or orders under $350.
Split cases (dozens) will attract a $5 surcharge (no surcharge for products in excess of $50 LUC).
Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth Metro orders will delivered next business day if placed prior to 12pm.
Please contact us for delivery schedules if you are outside the metro area.

6. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your wine is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We cannot offer refunds for a change of mind.
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, Saint Wine may offer promotions or discounts. Unless stated otherwise:

Promotions are valid only for the period specified.
They cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Saint Wine and/or our partners. You may not use, copy, or reproduce this content without our permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information, including the use of cookies and email communications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Saint Wine is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of our website, delays in delivery, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.

12. Changes to Terms

Saint Wine may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the website will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.
